Outdoor Space
This is a beautiful open-air backyard. Check the forecast and plan the flow around the weather.
Restrooms
Guests use indoor restrooms inside the home. It works well, but it is not a standalone event facility.
Parking
Street parking is available nearby. We have hosted larger groups without parking becoming the main problem.
Hosts Onsite
Your hosts are present during the event to help the space function and answer questions.
Pool Safety
The mesh safety fence is useful for younger parties and can be removed when the layout calls for it.
Neighborhood Flow
The setting is relaxed and residential, so we keep the party organized, respectful, and manageable.
