Deep end for swimming plus a heated hot tub. Shallow tanning ledge (only 2 ft deep — perfect for toddlers and lounging). Stocked with extensive pool toys.

Canopy coverage: one 10×20 and two 10×10 canopies (up to 20×20 shade/rain cover). Six 6-foot tables, 4 cocktail tables, and up to 40 foldable chairs.

Totally up to you. You can book the venue alone and bring your own everything — or you can layer in any combination of DJ, food, decor, photo booth, or planning. We work around what you need.
Up to 100 guests. The 19,000 sq ft of outdoor space handles large groups comfortably. Our sweet spot is 30–80 guests for events with food and a DJ, where everyone has room to breathe and the party feels full.
Yes — it's one of our most popular use cases. The tanning ledge is only 2 ft deep, ideal for toddlers. We have a mesh safety fence around the deep end that can stay up or come down depending on your group. Add a bounce house for maximum kid chaos (in the best way).
We have canopy coverage — a 10×20 plus two 10×10 canopies — that can cover a 20×20 area for shade or rain. For most events this is more than enough for the food, seating, and DJ setup. We recommend watching the forecast and planning for it. If the weather doesn't cooperate, your event can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before your event date.
There's extensive street parking directly outside. We've hosted events with 80+ guests and have never had a parking issue. Guests typically park within a 1-block walk.
Yes! The Oasis is pet friendly. The mesh safety fence around the pool keeps dogs (and toddlers) safely away from the water unless you'd prefer it removed.
